The Programs

The IT world is changing fast, and this, in turn, is driving a fundamental shift in the organization’s expectations of their own CIOs, IT Managers and IT Departments.

The RLA CIO Mentor program specifically targets those IT professionals and IT executives wanting or needing to make this leadership transition successfully, for either themselves and/or their teams, and fast!.

Registration process

The mechanism is as follows:

  1. Step #1: Make application online (Click here to launch the form)
  2. Step #2: We receive your application, and review your suitability for my services based on the information you provided in the initial inquiry.
  3. Step #3: You will be contacted by us within 3 working days
  4. Step #4: We send you a secure link to our secure payment gateway, which accepts all major credit cards and PayPal
  5. Step #5: We schedule an agreed date / time and conduct the mentor session via Skype

Unable to commit to the full program?

For International participants that are unable to pre-commit to a 6 month, customised program, I have now launched a ‘pay as you go’ Mentor program.  Mentoring services will be delivered on a prepaid flat per-session fee basis, which will be at a lower equivalent per hour cost to you.

This approach, exclusively offered to international participants, gives you maximum flexibility.

This means that if you……

  • Wish to obtain some very short term assistance in resolving a specific difficult issue, and / or
  • Are uncomfortable with pre-committing to a program where the Mentor is not in the same room as you, and/or

….  you decide what approach best suits your situation.

How will this differ from the ‘RLA CIO  Mentor’ Program?

  • Mentoring on a per session basis will have a greater reliance on you letting me know what the issue is that you which to resolve.
  • I can offer this lower cost, ‘pay as you go’ alternative, as I will not need to design and develop an entire customised program for each participant.

Terms of use:

  • Sessions will commence only on receipt of the payment via our secure payment gateway
  • Sessions will be conducted in the English language only
  • If the Internet fails whilst a mentor session is in progress, and we are unable to re-connect within 5 minutes, we will reschedule the remaining balance of  time to another mutually acceptable time
